This screen enables you to search for or create new wage detail records in the system.
LAGERS ID: This is a unique identification number assigned by LAGERS to each member. Entering the LAGERS ID alone will result in a display of all wage detail reports ever created for the employee associated with this LAGERS ID.
SSN: This is the Social Security Number of the employee whose wage detail report you would like to view. Entering the SSN alone will result in a display of all wage detail reports ever created for the employee associated with this SSN.
Department: You can search for existing wage detail record by departments in your organization. For example, you may perform a search for all the March wage detail reports for employees working in the law enforcement department.
Reporting Month - Year (MM/YYYY): This is the month and the year of the wage detail report you are searching for.
First Name: This is the first name of the employee whose wage detail report you would like to view.
Last Name: This is the last name of the employee whose wage detail report you would like to view.
Member Status: This is the employee's membership status with LAGERS (e.g., inactive, terminated, enrollment).
Payroll Detail Status: This is the status of the wage detail record. For example, you can search for all wage detail records in ‘Review’ status in order to identify which records require maintenance.
Errors: Using this field, you can search for all the records with a certain type of error. For example, if you perform a search for all records with the error "wages expected for this payroll report" the system will display all the records that contain this error for you to resolve. The records may contain additional errors as well.
