This screen enables you to view the monthly report from a high level and submit the report to LAGERS when ready.
Reporting Month - Year (MM/YYYY): This is the reporting period for which the payroll summary exists.
Monthly Statement Status: This is the status of the Statement of Account record associated with this payroll summary.
Employer Contributions: This is the total employer contribution amount based on the sum of all payroll headers associated with this summary.
Employee Contributions: This is the total employee contribution amount based on the sum of all payroll headers associated with this summary.
Total Contributions: This is the sum of all contributions from all headers and all types associated with this summary.
Submitted Date: This is the date your organization submitted the report to LAGERS. This is blank if the report has not yet been submitted.
Agency Comments: This is a free-form text field which facilitates one-way communication from you to LAGERS about your report.
NOTE: The Department Information panel displays information specific to the payroll header. Clicking the ‘Department’ hyperlink will navigate you to the associated payroll header record (see ‘Payroll Header Maintenance’).
